Prescriptions -For all online consultations (WhatsApp and video call), a valid prescription will be provided within 48 hours of your consultation, subject to clinical discretion. -Prescriptions will be sent electronically to your registered contact details. Photo Records & Testimonials -Photo records will be kept with us for medical recordkeeping and to track your progress during treatment. -We may generate before and after pictures to showcase client testimonials on our website and social media platforms. -All identifying features in such images will be blurred. -No personal details will be shared, and your privacy will be strictly maintained. Follow-Up -A routine follow-up is recommended after 45 days, unless otherwise advised. -Additional follow-ups or queries may be subject to separate charges.
